Markus F Jebsen
Group Executive Chairman
Chairman of Pacific Aviation Marketing, and Executive Chairman of MF Jebsen Group, Markus Jebsen, a direct descendant of Jacob Jebsen, was born in Hong Kong and received his primary and secondary education in Hong Kong and Denmark.
In 1981 he took an apprenticeship with Jebsen & Jessen, Hamburg, an import and export trading company, and then continued his studies at New York University’s Gallatin Division majoring in Marketing Management.
After working for Bose GmbH, Germany for three years, Markus Jebsen joined Jebsen & Co., Ltd in 1993 and became Chairman of MF Jebsen Group in 2002.
Eddy Sat joined Hong Kong-based Jebsen Group in 2000 as General Manager, looking after the aviation representation business of the group. Thereafter he was entrusted with the management role of the entire Jebsen Aviation and Travel Marketing Group in Hong Kong and Mainland China, with his appointment as the Managing Director of Jebsen’s subsidiaries Pacific Aviation Marketing and Jebsen Travel in 2007.
Under Eddy’s leadership, Jebsen Aviation expanded her full licensed office network to major cities in Mainland China including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Shenzhen. As of 2019, there are over 100 staff in the Aviation Group providing sales and marketing services for more than 20 international airlines.
Eddy began his travel and aviation career in 1982 with Philippine Airlines and Dragonair, where he took up different management positions in sales and marketing at both head office and station level.
Eddy holds a Master degree of Business Administration from the University of Hull in UK.
Senior Marketing Manager
Jebsen Travel Group engages a broad range of travel business, including representative services, wholesale, retail and corporate level, with Haley’s marketing function an underlying driving force behind each of them.
Haley has been in a marketing role for more than 15 years, and has gained in-depth experience working with global companies such as IBM before joining Pacific Aviation Marketing in 2015. Leveraging on her vast experience in B2B and B2C marketing and networks built within the industry, Haley leads and develops campaigns of various sizes and various purposes (branding, demand generation and co-marketing) for our principals to drive real business results.
Senior Business Development Manager
Janice has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the aviation industry. Being well connected with and respected by trade and government bodies related to aviation, Janice has handled a good number of new airline clients and helped offline airlines to launch online operations.
Her main focus now is to bring airline clients into, and capture the tremendous opportunities of the Hong Kong and China market.

About Jebsen Group
The MF Jebsen Group was formed in 2002 following a restructuring of the Jebsen Group of Companies, a family-owned trading business founded by Jacob Jebsen and Heinrich Jessen in 1895 with a long track record of involvement in China.
The principal entity of the group is MF Jebsen International Limited, a holding company headquartered in Hong Kong. The Executive Chairman, Markus F. Jebsen, is a direct descendant of the Jebsen family.
