2021 Season’s Greetings from Managing Director

Dear industry partners, colleagues and friends,

2021 will be remembered as a year of challenges marked by the pandemic, but also a year of perseverance especially to our travel and airline industry. We have seen friends and colleagues leaving the field; we have seen businesses shut down, but a lot more like PAM are staying, adapting ourselves in the new environment, and striving for the rebound. It is the support from our clients that fuels our passion and perseverance. We are grateful to our airline, hotel, tourism board, cruise and DMC principals for continuing placing their trust in PAM and our market.

This year, we are glad to have joined hands with a number of new principals, including Skydive Guam, Skydive Saipan and Bamboo Airways, and extended our cooperation with Thai Smile to mainland China. On the other hand, we are able to keep on promoting our products and destinations not only virtually but also physically. It was our real pleasure meeting all the friends through our different trade and media events. Meanwhile before outbound travel is fully recovered, we are bringing local travellers to rediscover new facets of Hong Kong through our signature eco-tours.

Looking forward, PAM remain focused on our GSA representation business. There is no doubt that China, including Hong Kong, will continue to be the top valuable outbound travel market. With the rising vaccination rate, we are optimistic that outbound travel will gradually resume in 2022. We sincerely encourage travel suppliers around the globe to tap in the market and pave the road for the future.

On behalf of Pacific Aviation Marketing Group and our principals, I would like to wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year – the future is bright, together we thrive!

Best regards,

Eddy Sat
